This additional service will be charge. \u00a0<\/p><h2>Booking Conditions<\/h2><p>Every booking might be done by email (we do not accept booking by telephone).<\/p><p>Your demand should include the following criterias:<\/p><ul><li>First Name \/ Last Name of the clients<\/li><li>ZIP code \/ Country of residence<\/li><li>Number of guests<\/li><li>Language of the tour<\/li><li>Telephone number of the guide or of the guests if they are not accompanied<\/li><li>Type of visits \/ Special demands<\/li><li>Date(s) of the tour<\/li><li>Allergies \/ Disabilities<\/li><\/ul><p>In advance we apologize if we cannot answer to all the demands during the day, being physically on tour, we are not often at the office. If your request is in a hurry and is about a date relatively close, we will do everything to answer as quick as possible. \u00a0<\/p><p>As soon as you enter in contact with us, we will give you a quotation and we can provide a preprogram. We will not give detailed program before any confirmation and the advance payment of 50% of the quotation. When we will have the advance payment, we will confirm the program. \u00a0<\/p><h2>Payment Conditions<\/h2><p>Due to more and more dunning for delayed payments, our accounting department would like a payment upon receipt of the invoice by bank transfer (the bank details are at the bottom of our invoices).\u00a0<\/p><p>We do not accept any more payment by check.\u00a0<\/p><p>We cannot confirm a tour without an advance payment of 50% of the invoice. The balance should be transferred before the D-day of the tour. We can accept, in rare case, the payment of the balance the D-day of the tour but by cash only.<\/p><h2>Delay<\/h2><p>Please contact us by telephone in case of any delay. The visits in Ch\u00e2teaux are often private: it is up to the winery to accept to do the visit if we are more than 15 minutes late in order to not penalized their next guests.\u00a0<\/p><p>The Ch\u00e2teaux are doing full visit dealing with several inseparable elements (history, terroir, vineyard management, cellar management, tasting) and cannot welcome us \u00ab only for a tasting \u00bb like it is often asked.\u00a0<\/p><p>It is the same for restaurants: they are not cooking all day long and we should be on time to enjoy fully our gastronomy.\u00a0<\/p><h2>Cancellation<\/h2><p>Any cancellation should be written.\u00a0<\/p><p>30% is due if the cancellation is done 1 week prior the tour.<br \/>50% is due if the cancellation is done 48 hours prior the tour. \u00a0<br \/>100% is due if the cancellation is done 24 hours prior the tour.\u00a0<\/p><p>The agency can cancel or report a tour in case of unexpected circumstances out of its control.\u00a0<\/p><p>In any case, we will keep you informed and will try to find an alternative solution.\u00a0<\/p><h2>Responsibility<\/h2><p>We cannot be responsible of any loss of personal items and forgotten luggage in the cars.\u00a0<\/p><p>Also, we cannot be responsible of any bad traffic conditions caused by road accidents, strikes or in any case of significant disruptions.\u00a0<\/p><h2>Car<\/h2><p>It is strictly forbidden to smoke or to vape in the car.
